Respite care provides temporary relief for caregivers and family members caring for people with disabilities or special needs. Respite care can also be employed to allow for recovery after a surgery or hospital stay. That’s where The Springs can help.
Caring for a loved one in the home can be a very rewarding experience but it can also be an overwhelming undertaking. It is essential that family members get sufficient and regular support as well as respite time.
As our Executive Director, Pauline has the privilege of leading the daily operation of The Springs, making our residents feel safe and supported while maintaining an independent and active lifestyle. With two decades of experience in senior care, Pauline has served in many roles, beginning as a Care Assistant, leading Memory Care programs, and even serving as our Business Office Manager.
She understands that it’s an emotional process for families to make a transition to senior care, which is why she strives to validate those feelings, and show compassion and patience through the process. Those are the values she instills in our team.
When she’s not working, Pauline is outdoors in her garden, running the neighborhood, or caring for her animals!
Our Marketing Director Brandi has a special place in her heart for families looking for the right level of care for their loved ones. She loves working with seniors because of their rich history and the respect and dignity they deserve as they make a new transition. Our veterans can especially relate to Brandi, as she served in the Marines and has worked in a number of sales and management jobs that have allowed her to help all kinds of people. She’s ready to assist anyone interested in learning more about The Springs. She also loves to read and hang out with her husband and two-year-old.
As our Resident Services Director, Kristen manages our full calendar of activities and events. She loves coming up with new and exciting ways to engage our residents, to make each moment a special memory. She’s worked in senior living for more than 15 years and brought her skills and fun nature to The Springs in 2013. Kristen has been married for 17 years and has two children, and enjoys fishing, vintage shopping and traveling.
Randy keeps our facility running smoothly and has enjoyed getting to know our residents. While he’s relatively new to senior living, Randy has worked in maintenance and remodeling for more than two decades. There’s no maintenance issue he hasn’t seen before, so he loves knowing that he makes each day “less stressful for our seniors and staff.” Randy enjoys bowling and spending time with his wife and two girls.
