From the prelude of a morning sunrise to the evening’s grand finale, every movement of every day is carefully orchestrated to cherish and value the endearing life story of our residents.
We place great value in combining the remarkable talents and potential of our individual team members, and work collectively to do something that’s amazing, memorable, and worthy of the appreciation of our peers, our residents and the families we love. We designed this unique memory care support program specifically for older adults who are experiencing cognitive impairment. Symphony of Life® has been carefully arranged by our highly trained and caring staff to give our residents a better chance at being “in the moment” and thrive.

Family and friends
In our community, residents are welcome to have friends and family join them for our events and socials. Furthermore, we encourage loved ones to attend our support groups and connect with us through our newsletter.
Staff
We continually raise our standards through ongoing staff training. All staff who interact with residents participate in our exceptional virtual dementia training program to experience the challenges faced by those with memory impairment. Our team members learn how to intentionally interact with residents.
Memory care-specific tools and techniques
Our program has been designed to support individuals with cognitive impairment including dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Our community seeks to improve the daily lives of our residents in unique and proven ways to increase nutritional intake and to improve their ability to communicate with the world around them. Symphony of Life® is not a static program. Residents touch, feel and manipulate objects, and experience smells through aromatherapy. All of these are intended to help the residents thrive in the moment.
