Sometimes a loved one needs a little extra help to maintain their independence. It might be assistance with managing their medication schedule or help with grooming and dressing. At Reunion Court of The Woodlands, we provide just the amount of care a senior needs to remain safely independent.
This starts by working with the senior, their family, and our team to create an individual Resident Plan.
This collaborative approach to care helps ensure that each Resident enjoys a healthy, thriving life. From stimulating activities to well-balanced meals, it’s an environment Residents will embrace and enjoy.
Here are a few of the services and amenities you’ll find in our thoughtfully-designed Assisted Living community:
If you have a family member who is living with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, then you know how important it is to gently guide and care for their unique needs. The happiness and safety of your loved one is our primary concern.
At Reunion Court of The Woodlands, we provide Memory Care that is a loving extension of your family.
We know how important it is to honor a Resident’s personal life story. Our team members take the time to get to know each Resident—their favorite hobbies and how they have always enjoyed spending their time. This helps build relationships that allow every Resident to succeed and thrive despite their memory loss.
At Reunion Court of The Woodlands Memory Care, you’ll find an extensive list of services and amenities:
Memory Care Residents also benefit from our Symphony of Life® daily lifestyle experience. Through this program, each Resident is encouraged to engage in activities that nurture the body, mind, and spirit. These activities are designed to work with each Resident’s abilities and around any limitations their disease may create.
I was born in South Seoul Korea on October 15, 1967. My parents and I moved to San Francisco, CA when I was 3 years old. When I was 18, I got my Citizenship for the USA, something I’m very proud of and hold dear to my heart.
I’ve been married to a wonderful Native Texan Man for 27 years, and we have 4 boys, 28, 23, 22, and 19. We also have 2 hairy kids, a Great Pyrenees and Black Labrador Retriever, both adopted.
I worked for a community in Spring, TX as a Volunteer for almost a year. I was there so much, they offered me the Receptionist position, which I loved. I also helped with Activities a lot during my time as a Volunteer, and Receptionist.
I now work at Reunion Court of The Woodlands as an Activities Programs Manager. I’ve been with this company for almost 6 years. I love what I do, spending time with Residents, and bonding, even if it’s just sitting and talking, or losing to a game of Rummy. Everyone has their own personality and the things they enjoy doing. I’ve always said, nothing hard about my job, it’s when you lose someone that you’ve gotten close to over the months or years that is the hard part. I wouldn’t trade this job for the World.
