At Woodcreek Bend, your loved one will be in the capable and caring hands of JaDerian “JD” Williams, the Executive Director who oversees our community. JD brings a wealth of experience and an unparalleled dedication to memory care. With an MBA in Healthcare Administration and Finance, a BBA in Human Resources, and a Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) credential, JD’s educational background perfectly complements his extensive career in senior living.
JD’s journey has been deeply rooted in making a difference for residents and their families, especially those facing dementia and Alzheimers. His passion for seniors began in 2012 during an internship, and he soon started as a Business Office Coordinator.
Each day, JD focuses on supporting his team and ensuring residents feel heard, valued, and cared for. Whether it’s guiding families through financial complexities or brightening a resident’s day, JD’s compassion shines through. Outside of work, he’s an Assistant Volleyball Coach and proud dog dad to Blue.
As Resident Care Director, Kayla is passionate about providing personalized care, love, and companionship to your loved ones. With a lifelong connection to senior care that began during childhood and a career as an LVN since 2009, Kayla’s dedication shines through her work. Her deep experience in geriatric nursing, especially her years as a memory care director, reflects her calling to support residents with compassion and understanding.
Kayla’s responsibilities include overseeing the Resident Care department, ensuring residents’ health and well-being, and building trusting relationships with families. She cherishes moments that make residents smile, like the time her St. Patrick’s Day “Guess the Leprechaun” game brought laughter and joy to the entire community.
Outside of work, Kayla is a proud mom of three daughters and a 200-pound Great Dane named Romeo, who loves to spread happiness among residents. Her philosophy, inspired by seniors’ wisdom, is to savor every moment. She believes working in senior living is a gift, offering lessons about life and love every day.
Kate is here to make the transition to memory care as smooth and uplifting as possible. As the Leasing Director, she combines her degree in Healthcare Administration with a deep passion for working with seniors—a calling she’s embraced since her high school days as a hospital volunteer.
Kate understands the emotions and challenges involved for families facing dementia, and she works tirelessly to untangle barriers. You can feel confident that Woodcreek Bend is about helping your loved one thrive. Kate’s warm, empathetic approach shines in moments like gifting a family hymnal to a wife longing to share music with her husband, reminding her that love and advocacy are at the heart of care.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys crocheting to unwind and spending time with her Scottish terrier, Scout, who occasionally joins her in bringing joy to residents.
As the Life Enrichment Director, Stephanie creates meaningful and engaging experiences for your loved one. With a Master’s degree in Social Work from Adelphi University and over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with Autism and mental health diagnoses, Stephanie brings compassion, creativity, and expertise to her role.
Stephanie’s passion for senior living began in 2020 while caring for a family member with Dementia. Since then, she’s been dedicated to relieving stress for families and promoting independence for residents. Every day, Stephanie develops activities tailored to residents’ interests, fosters connections with families, and ensures each individual’s needs are met with dignity and respect. Moments like seeing a resident light up and dance to 60’s music are why she loves her work.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys crossword puzzles to stay sharp and relax. As a single mom to her teenage son, she’s inspired by his dreams and goals.
David wears many hats at Woodcreek Bend, ensuring that the community runs smoothly while embracing opportunities to connect with residents, whether handling their paperwork, serving meals or sharing a smile. With decades of management experience, he brings a unique perspective to senior living—combining organizational expertise with a heartfelt commitment to making a difference.
David’s passion for memory care began when he and his family sought a community for his mother. That experience inspired him to pursue a career where he could positively impact the lives of seniors every day.
A Louisiana native, David loves cooking authentic Cajun cuisine, a hobby that mirrors his work philosophy: dedication, care, and the joy of seeing others enjoy the results. Married for over 40 years, David cherishes his family, especially his two beautiful grandsons.
Chantal brings her passion for great food and heartfelt service to your loved ones at Woodcreek Bend. With a background in Business Management and years of experience as the owner of her own cleaning service, Chantal understands the importance of precision, excellence and care.
Chantal’s journey in senior living began in 2006 when she stepped in to assist with dining, discovering a love for serving seniors. Today, she leads with a commitment to preparing delicious meals, ensuring the dining experience is enjoyable and fulfilling for residents. Chantal finds joy in knowing her work nourishes both body and spirit, always aiming to provide the best service possible.
Outside of work, Chantal is a proud mom of four and shares her home with XO, her playful French Bulldog. In her free time, she enjoys playing spades, solitaire, and pickleball—activities that help her recharge and stay calm.
